Haru "Give £5, Get £5" Referral Program - Terms & Conditions


Overview

The Haru "Give £5, Get £5" Referral Program (the "Program") rewards users for inviting friends to join Haru. When an existing Haru user ("Referrer") refers a new user ("Referee") using their unique promo code, the Referee receives a £5 uplift on their basket value and the Referrer receives a £5 PayPal credit upon meeting the eligibility criteria.


Eligibility

  • The Program is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

  • The Referrer must have an active Haru account.

  • The Referee must be a new Haru user who has never previously created an account.

  • The Referee must complete their first successful basket via Haru to qualify. This includes their items being verified and the payout being sent to the Referee.


How It Works

  1. The Referrer shares their unique promo code.

  2. The Referee creates an account with the Haru App.

  3. The Referee cashes in and ships their first successful basket.

  4. The basket is received and verified by Haru (items are eligible and NOT counterfeit).

  5. The Referee is paid out for their basket.

  6. Once the payout is verified, the Referrer will receive £5 via PayPal within 7 days.


Referral Limits

  • A Referrer can earn a maximum of £100 (20 referrals) under this Program.

  • Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals (e.g., duplicate accounts) are strictly prohibited.


Payment & Fulfilment

  • PayPal payments will be sent to the email linked to the user's Haru account.

  • Haru is not responsible for PayPal account issues, incorrect details, or payment failures outside of its control.


General Terms

  • Haru reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice.

  • Haru reserves the right to withhold rewards if fraudulent activity is suspected.

  • Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
